Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TuneLush-Offline Music Player ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our offline music player. We designed TuneLush for local music playback, playlist management, lyrics display, background listening, and a smooth personal audio experience.

TuneLush helps users browse local songs, manage playlists, view lyrics, and enjoy background playback with clear privacy expectations.

Information We Collect

1.1 Local Music Library Information

The App may scan audio files stored on your device so it can build your music library, display song titles, artists, albums, folders, duration, artwork, playlists, and playback history. This processing is performed on your device for music playback and library organization. We do not sell your local music library, and we do not upload your audio files to our servers.

1.2 File and Storage Access

To find and play local songs, the App may request storage, media, or All Files Access permissions, depending on your Android version and device settings. These permissions are used to locate supported audio files, read music metadata, create playlists, and keep playback working across folders selected by you. The App does not use these permissions to access unrelated personal files for advertising or profiling.

1.3 Playback and App Usage Data

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as playback feature usage, app session events, equalizer or playlist interactions, crash logs, performance data, device model, operating system version, language setting, and error reports. This information helps us improve app stability, fix bugs, and understand which features are useful.

1.4 Advertising and Analytics Information

If the App includes ads or analytics tools, third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Analytics, or similar SDK providers may process limited identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate device information, and diagnostic events according to their own privacy policies. We use these services to measure performance, support free app availability, prevent abuse, and improve user experience.

1.5 Information You Provide

If you contact us for feedback, bug reports, or support, we may process the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device details, and troubleshooting descriptions.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

● scan and organize local music files

● support offline playback, background playback, playlists, lyrics, favorites, and media controls

● maintain playback sessions and notification controls

● diagnose crashes, improve performance, and fix technical issues

● understand feature usage and improve product design

● provide advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service optimization where applicable

● respond to support requests and user feedback

Permissions We Use

The App may request permissions needed for normal offline music player functions, including:

● Storage or media access, to find and play local audio files

● Notification access, to show playback controls and current track information

● Foreground service access, to keep music playing when the screen is off or when you use other apps

● Network access, to support ads, analytics, diagnostics, or optional online services if available

You can manage permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your local audio files. We may share limited information only in the following situations:

● with service providers that help us operate analytics, crash reporting, advertising, app distribution, or support services

● with third-party SDK providers according to their own privacy policies and only for permitted app functions

● when required by law, legal process, or valid government request

● to protect the security, rights, or integrity of users, the App, or our services

Local Files and User Control

Your music files remain on your device unless you choose to share files through another app or service. Deleting a playlist inside the App may remove only playlist records unless the App clearly indicates that a local file will be deleted. We encourage you to review any delete action carefully and keep backups of important audio files.

Data Retention

Local library information may remain on your device while the App is installed or until you clear app data. Analytics, diagnostic, and support information may be retained for as long as needed to provide services, improve reliability, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International Processing

Depending on the services used in the App, information may be processed in countries or regions outside your place of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and service provider commitments to protect information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or service improvements. Updated versions will be posted in the App or related channels. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
